CEO

Marc is an experienced technology leader with a demonstrated history of innovation in the computer and network security industry. He began honing his strong business development skills at George Mason University, where he completed his BS in Engineering with Distinction, after which he pursued his PhD in Electrical Engineering at Cornell University. He has established his professional career in various fields such as Enterprise Software and Hardware, Messaging, Go-to-market Strategy, and Technical Leadership, and now lends his wealth of experience and expertise as CEO of Spyderbat.

Brian Smith
CTO

Brian is a computer scientist and veteran entrepreneur with 30 years of experience ranging from academics to start-ups, from multimedia to computer security. He graduated from University of California – Berkeley with a degree in AB Physics before staying on to complete his PhD in Computer Science. He was the Xerox Professor of Computer Science at Cornell University, is a fellow of the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, and holds 12 patents under his name. He dedicates his passion and skill for innovation towards defining and solving the most challenging problems at the intersection of technology and market needs, delivering massive value for Spyderbat clients.
